Across 20 years BAF has led or supported a wide array of collaborative initiatives ranging from organisations seeking to work together through to full mergers.
Recently we reviewed this experience through an action research process so that we could develop a simple workshop that allows us to share the lived experience of collaboration through a mix of theory and real case studies.
